Aethera Atlas Available

Atlas is the suite knowledge layer for worlds, campaign lore, sessions, maps, timelines, quests, transcripts, and reviewed Scribe suggestions.

Overview

Create an Atlas world, optionally link it to a VTT world, invite collaborators, and build entries, maps, timelines, quests, sessions, transcripts, and Scribe review queues using your existing Aethera account.

Visibility

Atlas filters entries and individual content blocks on the server. Public, player, member, editor, GM, and owner scopes are intersected with the parent world and resource visibility so hidden text is not sent in response payloads.

Scribe

Transcript import works without an AI provider. Scribe jobs require a configured provider in production; when none is configured, Atlas reports that state honestly instead of returning fake generated output. The job queue shows provider-waiting, queued, processing, failed, cancelled, and review-ready states.

Portability

Exports use the versioned aethera-atlas.export.v1 schema and include only content the requester is authorized to access. Imports validate the schema and preserve core lore structure while creating an editor-only external-reference review queue. Imported world, entry, and map media, top-level custom-field media/video references, structured block media/video/VTT scene references, entry/session/timeline video timestamps, transcript source media, and imported map-pin VTT scene references can be reconnected from the queue through an Atlas dialog that lists access-checked Atlas-owned uploads, Aethera videos, linked VTT scenes, and linked VTT entities before Atlas validates the replacement media URL, video ID, VTT scene, or VTT entity. Standalone Atlas worlds can upload PNG, JPG, or WEBP media from the dashboard and reuse the authorized Atlas asset URL for covers, map images, and import reconnects.
