Check current service state

If those sources do not describe your problem, send a new report.

Safe first steps

For a browser problem, save what you can, refresh once, and retry in a current browser.
For a VTT connection problem, check Status before leaving and rejoining the world.
For a desktop app problem, keep the original project and recovery files. Do not clear app data or reinstall until you have saved local work and checked the product guidance.
For an account or paid-access mismatch, confirm the displayed account and refresh access once.
