For account, billing, or VTT issues, email support@aethera.tv. Include your username, world name, and a short description of the issue.

Billing support

  • Platform subscriptions (VTT plans and Aethera Premium) are available now through standard checkout.
  • Creator support options may use different supported payment methods by feature type.
  • If checkout behavior is unexpected, include the page URL and timestamp in your support email.

Report a bug

Track bugs and feature requests through the issue tracker: Issue tracker. If the tracker is unavailable, email support and include steps to reproduce.

Issue intake checklist

Include the following details so triage can start immediately:

  • URL and timestamp (with timezone)
  • Browser and OS version
  • User role (viewer, creator, admin, GM, or player)
  • Reproduction steps and expected vs actual behavior
  • Attachments (screenshots/logs), with secrets removed

Triage SLA

  • P0: acknowledgment within 1 hour, mitigation plan within 4 hours.
  • P1: acknowledgment within 8 business hours, workaround/fix plan within 2 business days.
  • P2: acknowledgment within 2 business days, scheduling decision within 10 business days.
  • P3: acknowledgment within 5 business days.
