Common setup and troubleshooting answers for the Aethera.TV open beta.

Login and account

  • I signed in but the header still shows Sign in/Create account: reload once while we stabilize post-auth UI refresh logic.
  • 2FA code rejected: enter only the 6-digit code. If it fails, request a new code and submit within 10 minutes.
  • Still locked out: contact support@aethera.tv with timestamp and browser version.

Uploads and processing

  • Upload session refused: you may have reached concurrent upload-session limits. Finish or cancel pending uploads and retry.
  • Upload blocked: files are validated server-side for type and may be rejected by malware policy.
  • Finalize/transcode delay: check Status and include upload id in your report.

VTT and realtime

  • Frequent disconnects: verify network stability and try another browser profile/extensions disabled.
  • Cannot join world: confirm your campaign invite is active and role permissions are correct.
  • Room is full: the server enforces hard realtime capacity to protect active sessions.

Billing and payment methods

  • Platform subscriptions: VTT plans and Aethera Premium use standard checkout and billing portal management.
  • Creator support options: feature-specific support flows may use different supported payment methods.
  • What you will see: checkout always shows supported methods for your current product, region, and account context.
  • Rollout: additional creator revenue options are expanding in phases.

How to report issues effectively

Include: URL, timestamp with timezone, browser/OS, role, repro steps, expected vs actual result, and screenshots/logs.
