Plain-language summary

Commercial use is allowed in finished projects, client work, streams, games, and campaigns. Raw redistribution, account sharing, and AI training are prohibited. The numbered terms below are the canonical candidate text and control over this summary.

1. What this is

1. What this is. The creator identified on the listing is the seller and licensor. Aethera operates the Exchange, processes or facilitates payment and delivery, and enforces platform rules. Buying, claiming, or receiving subscription access gives the licensed account permission to use the content; it does not transfer copyright, trademark, or ownership of the underlying files.

2. Commercial grant

2. Commercial grant. Subject to these terms, the licensor grants the licensed Aethera account a non-exclusive, worldwide license to download, reasonably back up, reproduce, modify, adapt, display, perform, synchronize, and incorporate the content into campaigns, streams, recordings, podcasts, games, client work, and other finished creative projects, including projects that earn money.

3. Campaigns and collaborators

3. Campaigns and collaborators. A buyer acting as game master may use the content for the whole table without requiring each player to buy it. Players, co-GMs, employees, and contractors may handle source files only as reasonably necessary for the same licensed project, under the buyer's control, and receive no independent right to keep, reuse, sell, or redistribute them.

4. Finished work

4. Finished work. A finished product must meaningfully incorporate the content and must not expose the source content for extraction or reuse. A client may receive and use the finished, non-extractable result, but does not receive the underlying asset or a reusable sublicence unless the licensor separately agrees in writing.

5. Prohibited redistribution

5. Prohibited redistribution. The buyer may not sell, share, upload, sublicense, or distribute the content as a raw or substantially standalone asset; place it in a shared asset library; use account sharing to provide access; include it in a stock, template, clip-art, sample, map, token, music, sound, video, or source-file pack; offer a competing library; or use it on print-on-demand goods or merchandise where the licensed content is the primary value.

6. Other prohibited uses

6. Other prohibited uses. The buyer may not claim exclusive ownership, register the content in an automated rights or Content ID system, use it as a trademark or logo, mint or market it as an NFT, use it unlawfully or deceptively, remove required notices, defeat access controls, or imply sponsorship by the creator or Aethera.

7. AI and model training

7. AI and model training. No permission is granted to place the content in a machine-learning dataset, train or fine-tune a model, create a generative retrieval corpus, or create a style, voice, character, likeness, or content clone. Those activities require an express grant in the exact license version or a separate written permission from the rights owner. An AI-content disclosure is information only and never grants training permission.

8. Attribution and third-party material

8. Attribution and third-party material. Attribution is not required unless a listing clearly identifies a compatible third-party notice that must travel with the work. The seller may include third-party material only when the seller can grant these commercial rights or when a clearly disclosed, compatible pass-through notice applies. A conflicting open, custom, or third-party license is not eligible for the launch license.

9. One-time and free access

9. One-time and free access. A one-time purchase or free claim grants an indefinite license to the acquired release and any later releases included by the offer. Delisting, closing an Aethera account, or the seller leaving the Exchange does not by itself terminate rights already granted. Aethera may limit cloud delivery for legal, malware, security, or rights reasons without remotely deleting local files.

10. Subscription access

10. Subscription access. During an active paid term, the buyer may start new licensed uses and access included approved releases. After access ends, the buyer may finish and continue using an identifiable project or campaign into which the content was actually incorporated before expiration, and may continue distributing or monetizing completed outputs. Merely downloading, bookmarking, or reserving content for a future idea does not qualify. The buyer may not begin a new campaign, sequel, season, client engagement, product, or separate work after expiration and may not obtain new downloads or releases.

11. Refunds, chargebacks, and breach

11. Refunds, chargebacks, and breach. A full refund or finally lost chargeback ends the affected license and cloud entitlement. The buyer must stop new use and distribution, remove controlled listings where reasonably possible, and delete controllable raw copies; Aethera cannot erase files already downloaded. A remediable material breach terminates only if not cured within fourteen days after notice. Piracy, fraud, malicious use, or a rights or security emergency may cause immediate suspension or termination.

12. Versions and survival

12. Versions and survival. The exact license version and content digest accepted for an order or entitlement are preserved. A later version cannot retroactively reduce an existing grant. Sections governing ownership, prohibited redistribution, AI/model training, attribution, completed subscription projects, payment reversals, disclaimers, and remedies survive as needed to give them effect.
