Refund Policy

This policy explains how refunds work for Aethera.TV subscriptions and digital services, including Aethera VTT plans.

No-refund policy

Subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically until canceled.
All sales are final. Charges are non-refundable and non-prorated by default.
No credits or refunds are provided for partial billing periods or post-renewal cancellations.
Exceptions apply only where refunds are required by applicable law.

Discretionary courtesy review

We may, at our sole discretion, issue a one-time courtesy refund.
Courtesy reviews are not guaranteed and do not create an ongoing entitlement or precedent.
For eligible requests, refunds are returned to the original payment method.

Email support@aethera.tv and include the account email and receipt or transaction ID for the charge.
