Unapproved policy candidate
This page documents implemented pathways for review and testing. Owner approval, qualified legal review,
moderation policy approval, staffing decisions, and production evidence remain pending. It is not an
effective moderation or appeals policy and does not promise a response time, review order, or outcome.
Implemented report channels
-
A signed-in user can report an Exchange product from the product page. The action records the product,
current release when available, selected report type, summary, and bounded evidence references.
-
A signed-in user can report an Exchange review from its report action. Product and review reports enter
separate moderation queues with auditable state history.
- Video reports are available from watch pages.
- Live chat reports are available from stream chat interfaces.
-
Copyright owners or authorized agents can submit a formal notice through the
copyright and DMCA form. A product report alone is not a substitute for that
legal-notice path.
What the moderation workflow can do
The implemented Exchange workflow can triage and investigate reports, record action or dismissal, link
duplicates, quarantine affected releases or listings, require remediation, and preserve an audit history.
These technical capabilities do not establish a final enforcement standard or guarantee that a report will
lead to action. Aethera is operated by one developer; reports are reviewed by risk and available evidence,
but the queue is not monitored around the clock and no fixed decision time is promised.
Do not include passwords, access tokens, payment-card details, private identity records, or unrelated
personal information in a report. Use Support for private account or security
context.
Exchange enforcement guide
Depending on severity, history, confidence, and immediate harm, Aethera may request a correction, label a
listing, limit discovery, pause sales or downloads, quarantine a release, preserve evidence, notify
affected users, revoke access where legally necessary, suspend commerce tools, or close an account.
Malware, fraud, stolen content, dangerous abuse, or urgent legal risk may justify immediate action. Lesser
or remediable problems generally receive a chance to correct them when safe and practical.
Missing or materially false AI disclosure, prohibited raw
redistribution, account sharing, deceptive compatibility claims, and attempts to evade payment or rights
controls are Exchange policy violations.
Repeat copyright infringement
Aethera may terminate, in appropriate circumstances, users who repeatedly infringe copyright. Decisions
consider valid notices, counter-notices, retractions, court outcomes, account relationships, and other
reliable evidence rather than applying an automatic fixed-strike number. A serious, admitted, or
court-determined infringement may justify action before a pattern develops. Mistaken or materially
deficient notices are not treated as proven infringement.
Creator moderation appeals
Marketplace Studio moderation history exposes an appeal action for eligible rejected or quarantined seller
submissions. The creator supplies the specific evidence, correction, or policy basis for review so the
appeal remains bound to the original submission and immutable review snapshot.
If the authenticated appeal path is unavailable, contact Support with a
non-secret account identifier and action reference. Support email is loaded from live configuration:
support@aethera.tv.
An appeal submission does not restore a listing automatically and does not promise a decision or response
time. Final appeal standards and notices still require qualified legal and policy review.
Refunds, product help, and account support
-
For an Exchange refund request, use Purchase history in My Library. That keeps
the request and private conversation bound to the seller-specific order.
-
For ordinary installation, compatibility, or product questions, use the seller's documented support
channel shown on the product detail page.
-
For an account, billing, access, private safety, or security concern, use
Aethera Support. Do not put private billing or identity information in a
public product report.
