Aethera Exchange
Marketplace Policy Center Candidate
A simple index of the proposed rules for buying, selling, licensing, and subscribing to creator content
through Aethera Exchange.
Engineering draft candidate · No effective date · Not approved for production use
Not live terms
Owner approval, qualified legal review, exact company and notice configuration, production policy
versions, and launch evidence remain pending. This policy pack is an implementation candidate only. It
cannot be accepted as live terms and does not authorize paid Exchange commerce.
The short version
-
Creators keep their copyrights and grant buyers a commercial license; buyers do not buy copyright.
-
One license supports commercial projects, a GM's whole campaign table, and limited project helpers.
-
Raw files cannot be resold, shared, sublicensed, or repackaged as stock, templates, or asset libraries.
-
AI involvement must be disclosed. Marketplace content cannot train a model unless separately permitted.
-
Subscription access supports projects genuinely started while active, but not new projects after expiry.
- Marketplace sales are final by default, with legal rights and case-by-case exceptions preserved.
-
A guardian must approve and pay for an under-18 creator membership. One-time Exchange purchases remain
unavailable to buyers under 18 until a separate reviewed guardian checkout is implemented.
Company and notices
