This candidate would govern eligible third-party sellers and digital-product offerings in Aethera Exchange only after the required approvals and production configuration. If approved, it would supplement the Terms of Service.

This candidate supports implementation review and test-mode acceptance. Owner approval, qualified legal and tax review, production policy configuration, and launch evidence remain pending. It is not an effective agreement, cannot be accepted as live seller terms, and does not authorize paid Exchange sales.
Stripe collects and verifies identity documents, tax, business, and payout information in its secure flow. Do not send raw identity documents, tax identifiers, or bank details to Aethera support. For paid Exchange sellers, Aethera separately stores a protected traceability record that can include legal and trading names, geographic address, telephone number, email address, trader status, applicable trade-register details, verification references and hashes, review decisions, retention state, and legal holds.
You may continue to use a pseudonym or channel name as your storefront identity, but it cannot replace the seller information that an approved sales jurisdiction requires. A paid trader disclosure can include the reviewed legal or trading name, geographic address, trade-register details, and a legally sufficient contact method. Exact telephone, email, and address-redaction rules require jurisdiction-specific approval before paid offers are enabled. Raw identity evidence and payout credentials are never public disclosure.
You may offer eligible memberships, digital content, videos, maps, modules, downloads, store products, and Aether-powered creator support in accordance with the Commerce Policy. You must own or have the rights needed to sell and deliver every offering. For Exchange listings, you must accurately describe compatibility, included files, the standard license, AI involvement, price, material limitations, and your documented product-support channel.
You retain your copyright. You grant Aethera a non-exclusive, worldwide license, for as long as reasonably needed to operate and support the offering, to host, copy, cache, scan, transcode, adapt for technical delivery, preview, market, distribute, install, back up, and preserve lawful buyer access. This includes completing existing orders and handling legal, safety, refund, and recordkeeping duties after delisting.
At launch, eligible Exchange content uses the Aethera Exchange Commercial Content License v1.0 Candidate. Personal-only, custom, and incompatible open-license options remain unavailable. You may not add conflicting terms or retroactively reduce a buyer's recorded rights. A clearly disclosed compatible third-party attribution notice may pass through; attribution is otherwise not required.
Buyers can submit an order-specific request from Exchange purchase history. Sellers can review assigned requests and the private buyer conversation in Marketplace Studio; authorized administrators retain a separate escalation and decision path. A request is not an automatic approval or denial.
Checkout stores versioned policy and immediate-digital-delivery consent evidence. Those technical records do not waive rights that applicable law makes nonwaivable and do not replace jurisdiction-specific legal review. Exchange sales are final by default, but Aethera and the seller may review fraud, unauthorized or duplicate charges, non-delivery, malware or rights removal, or materially defective or misdescribed content case by case. You must respond honestly and preserve relevant evidence; no outcome or review time is promised.
Sellers remain responsible for their own income and business-tax obligations. The implemented Exchange candidate can retain sales tax as a platform-liable amount only under an approved jurisdictional tax policy. No public sales region, tax registration, product classification, or final customer-facing tax language is approved by this draft. Stripe identity verification does not resolve those questions; consult a qualified adviser for your circumstances.
If these candidate terms are approved, you would defend and indemnify the configured Aethera entity and its operators against third-party claims and reasonable costs caused by your offering, your breach of these promises, taxes assigned to you, or your violation of intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or consumer rights. This would not cover Aethera's fraud, willful misconduct, or obligations that cannot legally be shifted.
Aethera may pause new paid offerings, creator checkouts, earnings accrual, or payout receipt when Stripe requirements are overdue, capabilities are unavailable, fraud or policy risk is under review, or this agreement is no longer accepted. Authenticated Stripe payout management remains available when needed for remediation. A hold never authorizes an administrator to fabricate Stripe verification. Existing customer access, refunds, and subscription handling remain subject to applicable law and the relevant transaction terms.
The implementation can present and record a versioned agreement acceptance for the legal payout recipient. A material change would require clear notice and reacceptance where appropriate. A later version would apply prospectively and could not retroactively reduce an already acquired buyer license. This candidate itself records no binding acceptance.
Acknowledging this test-mode candidate does not enable paid creator features. Aethera will publish a dated, effective version before live creator commerce is offered.
